Al-Maidah Foundation has started a new literacy program in rural Khairpur aimed at empowering underprivileged children through free education and skill-building workshops.
The Al-Maidah Foundation is proud to announce the launch of its New Literacy Program in Khairpur district. This initiative aims to provide free basic education, reading materials, and skill-building workshops for children who have limited access to schooling.
The program will initially serve 150 children, with volunteer teachers conducting classes in community centers and open spaces. Along with academic learning, children will participate in storytelling sessions, creative arts, and health awareness workshops.
“Education is the first step towards breaking the cycle of poverty,” said the Chairman of Al-Maidah Foundation. “Through this program, we want to ensure that no child is left behind due to lack of resources.”
The initiative is supported by local volunteers and community leaders, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact.
